Pocket Poets LDN is the fortnightly publication of 24 different booklets aimed at increasing the publics interest and awareness of poetry.

Each booklet is dedicated to a sole poet, with a mixture of young-blood poets, established poets and popular culture poets. The list includes Allen Ginsberg, Leonard Cohen, Tim Wells, Pete Doherty, Diane di Prima, Orhan Veli, Rumi, Ray Hollingsworth to mention a few!

I try to buy a couple of books every week. This website will serve to document those purchases and provide a short review of each title.
I’m currently particularly interested in independently published mini-books and zines, so there will be a tendency to buy (and review) more of those than anything else. That said, I’m still keeping an eye on more commercial publications and will review any which I acquire.
